This Policy applies to all transactions for training services or purchases of goods made on line by a customer of LifeAid Pty Ltd. Please read it carefully. By using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the LifeAid Terms and Condition you should not use this site. These terms and conditions may be changed or updated from time to time.

You may not make any charge for such use and any commercial use of such materials is expressly prohibited. Disputes and Refunds
All complaints, grievances and disputes will be treated seriously, fairly and in a timely manner, having due regard to procedural fairness and confidentiality. All parties are required to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith.
Any issues should be directed to LifeAid Pty Ltd in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you are entitled to refer the matter to your own credit card provider or banking institution who may obtain details of the disputed transaction and lodge a claim on your behalf.
Online Shopping General Terms and Conditions
All prices are in Australian dollars. All website orders must be paid by VISA or MasterCard. The cost of recovering any default of payments will be borne by the customer. All goods remain the property of LifeAid Pty Ltd until full payment is received.
All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. LifeAid reserves the right to correct prices quoted in the invoice, if found to be incorrect.
Pricing – All course prices and scheduled dates are subject to change without notification; however every attempt will be made to give reasonable notice.
All accredited first aid training is exempt from GST, however, non-accredited, non gst exempt training and training materials will attract GST and this will be identified on your tax invoice.
Conditions of course enrolment
A notification of your course enrolment will be emailed or mailed to you. This information will include:
- course details, location and venue details
- tax invoice or receipt
Your commencement in the course you have enrolled in is dependent upon:
- sufficient enrolments in the course
- course pre-requisite/s being met
- availability of places in the course
- Anyone more than 30 minutes late shall not be accepted into the

If the course that you have booked into has a pre-requisite requirement you will be required to provide the evidence that you meet the requirement prior to the course commencement.
If you wish to cancel your enrolment less than 7 days prior to course commencement the course fee is payable in full or if paid in advance then no refund shall apply. A 50% refund shall apply to cancelations greater than 7 days. Application may be made for consideration of a refund to firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds will not be made to individuals or organisation when a person is booked into a course and fails to attend. If you cannot attend a course for which you have enrolled in and paid for, you may send another person in your place at no additional charge.
If for any reason LifeAid Pty Ltd finds it necessary to cancel a course and a suitable transfer to an alternative course cannot be made, you will receive a full refund of fees paid.
A 10% transfer fee applies to any request for transfer where the notice period is less than 7 days.
Pricing of Products – Prices are negotiable for bulk orders. Please contact us at 1300 543 324, or email email@example.com Products attract GST and this will be identified on your tax invoice.
Delivery costs – Large, bulky or heavy orders may require quotation of delivery costs. If this is the case we provide a quotation prior to finalization of the order and arrangement of shipping.
Delivery – products All orders must include a daytime delivery address and contact details.
Delivery delays – Unforeseen supply problems may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in shipping an order LifeAid Pty Ltd will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay and expected shipping dates.

Returns and refunds
Any concerns, clarification or complaint regarding your order or booking can be raised by contacting LifeAid Administration. Please contact us by phone on 1300 543 324 or email email@example.com before returning goods.
Goods returned must be in their original packaging and in good condition.
Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within three (3) working days of receipt of goods.
Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of LifeAid Pty Ltd. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of an error by LifeAid Pty Ltd.
